Vicky worked with us at Inmarsat on a project to introduce a new e-learning portal. For this project, she developed a very thorough and well-articulated business case and plan, which she executed through to full implementation.

This involved detailed planning, excellent stakeholder management and an in-depth understanding of change management to ensure that Inmarsat employees would use and value the learning content on the portal.

The launch was flawlessly executed and portal participation reached 33%  within the first 3 months and continues to increase month on month. Employee engagement feedback on L&D went from 6.4 to 6.7 after launch.

Vicky also used her coaching skills with OD team members to help them transition to their new roles as L&D Business Partners. Her coaching style was a great combination of support, empathy and challenge, which has built self-confidence and skills in the team.

Vicky has been an absolute pleasure to work with and I’d love to have the opportunity to work with her again one day!

Colt is being transformed into a provider of high bandwidth connectivity to support the rapid growth in network needs to the Data Centre. Part of the strategy is a significant uplift in the number of sales people globally and once hired to get them to sales quota in aggressive timescales.

Colt didn’t have an effective on-boarding program and contracted VHL to design and deploy a Sales Induction for new hires.

From the outset Vicky engaged with key stakeholders to define the need and then worked to meticulous detail to build and deploy a program, this was achieved ahead of schedule and achieved very positive feedback. It is testament to VHL that the Sales Induction is a year old and very few changes have been necessary and still attracts the same positive feedback.

Vicky certainly knows how to design effective training and we would not hesitate to contract with her again for future projects.
